Terms.

Last updated: 8 November 2026

These terms cover the website t29.io, the Loop app (on the web and on phones, tablets, watches and computers), registering your interest, applying and membership. Using any of them means you accept them.

Who we are

Table 29 is run by Adam D., Geneva, Switzerland.

Questions: contact@t29.io.

The Loop app

The Loop is free, for anyone aged 18 or over.

Your account is yours: one person, one account. What you write in it (your rules, notes and reflections) stays yours; we keep it only to run the app for you, as the privacy page explains.

Use it fairly: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to reach anyone else’s data, no partner codes passed around to strangers.

The Loop helps you keep rules you set yourself. It is not medical, nutritional or training advice: before a new diet or training plan, check with a doctor if you have any doubt.

The app is provided as it is. We may change it or, one day, stop it; if we stop it, we tell you at least 30 days before so you can take your data out. You can delete your account at any time, in the app or at t29.io/loop/delete.

Registering your interest and applying

Registering your interest only means we tell you when applications open.

Applying gives no right to a seat. Seats are limited and Adam decides, without always giving a reason.

Membership

Membership is personal and cannot be passed on. It runs for one year from the day it is paid.

It renews automatically each year, at the fee shown at the time. We email you a reminder at least 30 days before; to stop it, write to contact@t29.io any time before the renewal date and it simply doesn’t renew.

The fee is taken by Stripe and is not refunded, except where the law requires it and for an event we cancel, which we credit or refund for its share.

At the table: what is said at Table 29 stays at Table 29. Treat every member with respect, never record or photograph anyone without their consent, and never sell to members who haven’t asked.

If a member seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, including repeatedly not coming after saying yes, Adam can end their membership, with no refund.

Adam can also end any membership at any time without giving a reason. As above, the fee is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Dinners, training and trips

You take part at your own risk. At training, know your limits and tell the coach about any injury or condition.

Tell us what you don’t eat and any allergies before a dinner; we pass them on to the restaurant without your name.

Trips have their own price and conditions, shown before you sign up.

Photos taken at the evenings are for members only and never published. Ask Adam and any photo of you comes down.

Responsibility

We are responsible for losses we cause on purpose or through gross negligence. Beyond that, and as far as Swiss law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by restaurants, venues, coaches or other providers at events.

Changes

If these terms change, members and Loop users are told by email at least 30 days before. The date at the top shows the current version.

Law and courts

Swiss law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Geneva. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections your own country’s law gives you.
